If you haven’t already registered your business through CalSavers, you can still do so. There is a deadline coming up that we’ve told you about before, but with everything that restaurants have had going on over the last two years, we thought you’d appreciate seeing this information again. 

As a reminder, CalSavers is the state-administered retirement plan for workers whose employers don’t offer a 401K or other plan. As an employer, you don’t have to offer a plan of your own, but you do have to register with CalSavers, make your employees aware of it, and facilitate the payroll deduction for those who wish to participate.
