As the CRA Senior Member Services Manager, Jackie manages the Member Helpline and Legal Center Program. She is the hub for all CRA member requests. If she can’t answer your industry-related question, she will find a resource that will. Outside of serving our members, Jackie loves to garden, hike coastal California, sing, and spend time with her granddaughter. Her very first job was at McDonalds, and she joined the CRA table in 2001.
