FAQ from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH)
The California Department of Public Health has issued the following resource that indicates:
“Restaurants should be closed for in-restaurant seated dining and should be open only to drive-through or other pick-up/delivery options.”
https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/OPA/Pages/NR20-024.aspx
The California Department of Beverage Control has also issued the following:
“For any licensee with on-sale retail privileges, the guidance indicates you should cease exercising those privileges immediately. Further, you should follow the directive from Public Health to cease on-restaurant seated dining.”
The landscape continues to change beneath our feet on COVID-19 related restaurant operation limitations.
Many California local governments continue to take further, more restrictive actions. That information is below with links to health order related documents.
