The Fresno chapter of the California Restaurant Association announced the recipients of the 2008 Best of the Valley Restaurant Awards. Longtime restaurateurs Sam and Angela Marziliano of Sam’s Italian Deli & Market received the highest honor with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
